Linda Mask is a Broker Associate and has been with Johnny Owens Commercial Properties, Inc. since 1997. Prior to that, she spent three years in the residential market and three years as First Deputy in the County Assessor’s Office. For fifteen years prior, her experience came from working in re-evaluating City and County Governments for tax purposes, in Michigan and Oklahoma. Linda attended Central Michigan University. Linda was a member of the Lawton Board of Realtors serving on many committees, then becoming Board President in 2009. She was also chosen Realtor of the Year in the same year. She is a graduate of the Leadership Lawton class of 1992-93 and is a member of the Mountain Metro Ambucs, since 1990 where she served in most all capacities to include Chapter President, District Governor, and National Big Hat President receiving National recognition as Ambuc of the Year twice, & then Project Manager of the Year. Linda served as board member of the Chamber of Commerce and still remains very active in the Lawton/Fort Sill Community. She was chosen Comanche County Woman of the year for 2008, and is a member of Centenary United Methodist Church. Linda specializes in sales, leasing and property management actively overseeing six management properties. She has been successful in helping to place many businesses over the years, such as Citi Trends, Goodwill Industries, Batteries Plus, USA Discounters, Lockheed Martin, Texas Roadhouse. Carl's Jr., Discount Tire and S&B Burgers.
Debbie joined our team in September, 2004. Her position as Listings Manager includes overseeing all aspects of our property records, mapping, computer data, and property management. Debbie also manages the team’s website and other national websites, which provide interested investors with initial property information. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure results that are unrivaled in the industry. Debbie is dedicated to continuous improvement in the marketing process. She is also a Licensed Sales Associate. She was born and raised in Lawton and graduated from Eisenhower Senior High School. Debbie and her husband, Jimmie enjoy camping and water skiing. Jimmie is a salesman for a family business, Kitty’s Chicken, out of Apache. They have 4 daughters, Michelle, Jennifer, Joni & Jami, who all work in the Lawton area; 2 sons, Jason, who lives in Rockwall, TX and Clint, who recently graduated from Oklahoma State University. They also have 9 beautiful grandchildren. Debbie’s other interests include rodeo, exercising, and spending time with her family.
Staci started the company with her father, Johnny Owens, in 1992. Staci is a licensed Sales Associate specializing in Customer Service, Marketing & Research in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Staci maintains the office, assists the other Sales Associates, employees, assists in all business aspects of Johnny Owens Commercial Properties, Inc. and is Executive Assistant to Johnny Owens since December 2014. Staci was born and raised in Lawton, Oklahoma. She lived in Medicine Park for 15 years and in the Cache district for 9 years. She now resides in Lawton. Staci graduated from Eisenhower Senior High School and attended Cameron University. Staci has three children, two daughters and one son. Staci has worked for Crawford and Company Insurance Adjusters, has worked and volunteered at the Cache Public Schools: she was a Paraprofessional working with special needs children, Teacher's Aide, Business Office, organizing fundraisers, banquets, meetings, luncheons, and activities. She was President and Vice President of S.T.E.P.S. and the Cheerleading Sponsor for six years. Staci enjoys spending time working in the garden, cooking, road trips, reading, music and loves spending time with her family and friends.
Ted Warkentin is a Sales Associate with Johnny Owens Commercial Properties, Inc. Prior to real estate, he attended Oklahoma University and Cameron University and received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Ted worked in sales, management and owner/partner in several commercial office furniture and supply companies that were dealers for Herman Miller, Inc., a Top 10 Fortune magazine company and serviced key accounts such as Halliburton Worldwide. He also worked in the media industry for several years at KSWO-TV. Ted is a native of Lawton and his family has had many business interests in Lawton dating back to the 1930’s. Ted enjoys photography and was one of the first to receive an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate for commercial drone photography. Ted has been involved with many organizations and served on committees with the Chamber of Commerce and AUSA.
Larry Holcomb comes to Johnny Owens Commercial Properties after 43 years in banking and insurance. Larry came to Lawton in 1987 as head of lending for a local bank and also served on numerous committees within the city, including serving on the Lawton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, United Way and the City Lakes and Lands Commission. He started his own insurance agency over 20 years ago and has grown to one of the largest agencies in Lawton. He remains very active in the community as a member of the Lawton Ambuc’s clubs having served as its President, District Governor and as National Ambuc of the Year in 2000. An avid outdoorsman, Larry has worked with the local Ducks Unlimited committee and has served as Chairman for 3 years, earning Area Chairman of the Year on 2 occasions, has served as the chapter Treasurer for the last 22 years and currently serves as Regional Chairman. He grew up in Conway, Arkansas and attended the University of Central Arkansas before entering the service. With his many years in the business community in banking and insurance, Larry brings a wide array of knowledge and experience in the commercial market. He is married to Colleen Glover Holcomb and they reside in Elgin, Ok., where she has been a lifelong resident.
Stan Booker was raised in Lawton-Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He joined Johnny Owens Commercial Properties, Inc. in 2005. Stan brings 25 years of experience in buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate to the Johnny Owens’ team. At the age of 24 he bought his first business. He began purchasing real estate and commercial businesses in 1981. He specializes in income-producing properties as well as business sales. Stan began purchasing and selling convenience stores in 1981, retail and office properties in 1986, and apartments in 1997. Stan handles property not only in Lawton-Fort Sill but all of South West Oklahoma. He attended Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma. He is a member of The Greater Lawton Rotary Club. He has been an executive committee member of the Duncan Area Economic Development Foundation. He is a member of the Lawton-Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce and he is also very active in his church, First Baptist West of Lawton. Stan has a CCIM designation, the highest designation available to commercial real estate professionals. Stan’s extensive business experience coupled with his CCIM education provides the background to help commercial clients at a much higher level. This combination has manifested itself in portfolio management for commercial real estate investors, and as a Group Investment, analyzer, organizer and manager producing double digit returns.
Matt Setters serves our clients in the Duncan and Stephens county area. As a long time resident of that region just east of Lawton, he has his finger on the pulse of “What’s Happening” in our sister cities. Matt is a Former Field Artillery Non Commissioned Officer with deep ties to the Lawton-Fort Sill and Duncan Oklahoma communities. He has 19 years of Real Estate experience including Property Owner/ Manager, construction management, leasing, Right of Ways and Land lease acquisitions, Mortgage Broker and Sales Management. Matt has also been a Residential Franchised Broker Owner and Sales Manager for one of the Top 10 Real Estate Teams in the nation. He has experience in purchase and lease transactions for both nationally recognized corporations and first time investors. He has operated several successful small businesses and has a wide variety of skills in marketing, training, and technology. Matt has served on boards for numerous education and community organizations including OSU Okmulgee, Great Plains Technology- Lawton, Red River Tech- Duncan, Great Lawton Rotary Club, The Boys Scouts of America, Empire Board of Education, The Lawton Board of Realtors, St. Paul’s United Methodist Church and Toyota’s Presidents Advisory Board. Matt is committed to working closely with community leaders, Chambers of Commerce, and Economic Development Foundations to increase the prosperity of its citizens and the community.I have been a resident of Lawton since 1967. For thirty five of those years I was a stock broker and financial advisor with A. G. Edwards (NYSE). Working with individuals to help them attain their personal and financial goals has been a life work for me. Commercial real estate was often an investment that enabled my clients to reach those goals. I have spent many years working in real estate investment trusts, limited partnerships, and real estate syndicates. I have also found time to log over 1500 hours in hot air balloons. I was a charter member of the Lawton Evening Optimist Club which started wrestling and soccer in Lawton. In addition I served seven years on the board of the Lawton Family YMCA during the time we raised over $1,000,000 to expand the facility. I also served nine years on the Lawton Planning Commission (LAMPC) and the Board of Adjustments developing land-use plans, approving zoning changes and new subdivisions.
